摘 要:目的测定藏羌药材红毛五加水分、浸出物和灰分的含量,为控制红毛五加药材的质量提供实验依据。方法按照2005年版《中国药典》附录IXH中水分测定法中的第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法和附录XA浸出物测定法测定。结果红毛五加药材水分含量在9.74%~10.88%;药材的总灰分测定结果在21.91%~35.00%之间,药材的酸不溶性灰分测定结果在2.46%~2.89%之间;水溶性浸出物测定结果在13.28%~19.87%之间,醇溶性浸出物测定结果在9.10%~13.68%之间;醚溶性浸出物测定结果在0.75%~2.55%之间。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可作为控制红毛五加药材质量的检测指标之一。Objective To determine moisture,ashes and extracts from Cortex Acanthopanacis Giraldii for controlling of the herb quality.Methods Samples were determined according to the procedures recorded in the Appendix IXH,IXK and XA of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,published in 2005,for moisture,ashes and extracts determination respectively.Results The content of moisture was between 9.74 %-10.88 %;the total ashe content in Cortex Acanthopanacis Giraldii was between 21.91 %-35.00 %,with the acid insoluble ash content was between 2.46 %-2.89 %.The water extract was between 13.28 %-19.87 %,that of ethanol extract was between 9.10 %-13.68 %,that of ether extract was between 0.75 %-2.55 %.Conclusion The methods are simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the controlling herbs quality of Cortex Acanthopanacis Giraldii.
