摘　　要：目的考察新疆假龙胆抗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的药理作用及作用机制。方法建立佐剂性关节炎(AA)动物模型,观察新疆假龙胆对AA大鼠足肿胀、踝关节组织病理变化及血清中促炎细胞因子TNF-α水平的影响。结果新疆假龙胆能有效抑制关节肿胀及减轻炎症的发展,降低AA大鼠血清中促炎细胞因子TNF-α的水平。结论新疆假龙胆具有良好的抗RA作用,其作用机制与抑制促炎细胞因子TNF-α的水平有关。Objective To observe the antiarthritic effects and the possible mechanism of Herba Gentianellac against rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods After establishing AA rat model,the antiarthritic effects and mechanism of Herba Gentianellac against RA were studied through observing the changes of ankle swelling,pathology of anklebone and level of TNF-α after medication.Results Herba Gentianellac could effectively inhibit articular swelling,decrease inflammatory reaction and down-regulate the content of TNF-α in serum of AA rats.Conclusion Herba Gentianellac has good antiarthritic effects and the possible mechanism may be related to its down regulation of TNF-α.
