摘  要:目的研究了沙枣多酚与常用抗氧化剂抗氧化能力及协同抗氧化作用。方法通过HO.、O2-.和DPPH.反应体系,测定沙枣多酚、VC、茶多酚、TBHQ抗氧化能力。结果当浓度为0.5 mg.ml-1时,沙枣多酚对HO.、DPPH.的清除能力均高于其他抗氧化剂,沙枣多酚与VC、茶多酚、TBHQ协同作用时,对3种自由基的清除效果均大于单一组分的代数和。结论沙枣多酚与各抗氧化剂存在协同作用;沙枣多酚作为一种有效的自由基清除剂,具有较好的抗氧化能力。Objective To study antioxidant effect and synergism of angustifolia polyphenol and common antioxidants.Methods The antioxidant capacity of angustifolia polyphenol,VC,tea polyphenol and TBHQ was examined through DPPH,hydroxy radical and superoxide anion reacting systems.Results The scavenging effect on hydroxy radical and DPPH of angustifolia polyphenol was stronger than other antioxidants when the concentration of angustifolia polyphenol was 0.5 mg·ml-1 respectively.The scavenging effect on free radicals was greater than the algebra sum of single antioxidant when synergism of angustifolia polyphenol with VC,tea polyphenol and TBHQ.Conclusion There is synergism between angustifolia polyphenol and other antiaxidants;Angustifolia polyphenol has better antioxidant activity as a scavenger of free radicals.
