地奥心血康软胶囊对AMI患者行PCI术后血清细胞凋亡因子及其心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨地奥心血康软胶囊对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清细胞凋亡因子及其心功能的影响。方法将50例AMI患者随机分为两组,均采用AMI常规治疗;在此基础上,治疗组加服地奥心血康软胶囊,疗程均为8周。观察两组治疗前后血清Fas及其配体sFasL变化,以及心功能指标舒张末期左室前后径、收缩末期左室前后径、左室射血分数变化,并观察药物不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清sFas、sFasL均降低、心功能指标均改善(P均<0.05),但以治疗组血清sFas、sFasL降低明显(P均<0.05)。结论常规疗法+地奥心血康软胶囊治疗可减少AMI患者的细胞凋亡,改善其心功能,且临床用药安全。Objective To observe the effect of Diao Xinxuekang soft capsules on heart function and serum level of sFas and sFasL in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Fifty patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） were divided into therapy group and control group randomly.The control group was given conventional therapy.The therapy group was given Diao Xinxuekang soft capsules and the conventional therapy.The course of treatment were 8 weeks.The left ventricular pre-and post-diameter in diastasic and end-systole,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and the levels of sFas and sFasL before and after the treatment were detected respectively.Besides,the side effects in two groups were observed.Results The levels of sFas and sFasL were decreased and cardic function improved in the two groups after treatment,especially in the therapy group（all P0.05）.Conclusions Conventional therapy＋Diao Xinxuekang soft capsules can make apoptosis cell in AMI patients decrease,heart function improve,and they are safe in clinical medication.
