摘　　要：探讨"两型社会"建设背景下长株潭城市群生态工业网络的构建模式。首先分析了新的发展形势下长株潭城市群构建生态工业网络的重要意义和环境条件,进一步提出立足于长株潭核心区内现有产业集群和工业园区,选择关键种企业和关键种生态工业园,构建从企业到园区到长株潭城市群区域的多层次产业生态链网,并以长株潭城市群一体化的信息、科技、管理为支撑,实现产业生态链网与区域在社会层面融合的生态工业网络构建。EIN construction in the Changsha-Chuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration based on the developing of ＂Resource-saving and Environment-Friendly Society＂ are studied and discussed.The paper analyzed first the significance and circumstance condition of EIN construction in the Changsha-Chuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration based on the developing of ＂Resource-saving and Environment-Friendly Society＂,then put forward further the steps of establishing EIN in the Changsha-Chuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration： based on the current situation of industry clusters and industry park,choose keystone enterprises and keystone eco-industry parks,construct EIN with multi-level eco-industry chain and net from enterprises to industry park,to area of the Changsha-Chuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,supported by the integrated system of information,science and technology 、management.
