不同基质与容器对大叶女贞容器苗生长规律的影响

摘　　要：采用不同基质配方与两种不同的容器研究基质与容器对大叶女贞容器苗生长规律的影响,结果表明:不同基质配方对大叶女贞容器苗生长规律有重要影响,通过方差分析与Duncan多重比较各生长指标之间的差异达到显著和极显著水平,大叶女贞苗在基质配方V(泥炭)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1和V(泥炭)∶V(蛭石)∶V(珍珠岩)=1∶1∶1生长良好,苗高,地径等生长指标均高于其它基质配方,两种容器相比较,以无纺布容器为最佳,其各生长指标均高于塑料袋容器.Different media formula and two types of containers（non-woven-cloth container and plastic container）were adopted,by which it was researched that effect of different medium and containers to growth law of Ligustrum lucidum seedling.Results showed that different media formula had a significant effect to growth law;by analysis of variance and Duncan multiple comparison differences between growth indexes reached a significane or a extreme significance;when fomula was that V（peat）∶ V（vermiculite）=1∶ 1,V（peat）∶ V（vermiculite）∶ V（pearlite）=1∶ 1∶ 1,growth of Ligustrum lucidum seedling was better,and indexes such as seedling height and ground diameter etc.were higher other fomula.By comparision non-woven container was the best,each growth indexes of seedling in which was higher than seedling in plastic container.
