郑州新区建设对环境的影响及对策初探

摘　　要：郑州新区是河南省经济社会发展的核心增长极和中原城市群的核心层,其新区经济建设能否与环境协调发展值得关注.参照《郑汴产业带总体规划》(郑州境)环境影响报告书相关内容,阐述了郑州新区的水环境、土壤环境、大气环境和生态环境现状,从社会生活活动、开发建设活动、生产活动、交通运输活动以及空间格局改变5个方面分析了郑州新区在建设发展中可能给环境带来的影响,最后针对其环境影响成因,主要从规划理念、环境管理、环境预防与治理、交通建设等几个方面提出了相应的对策建议,以减缓或降低环境影响,实现郑州新区经济与环境的可持续发展.Zhengzhou new district is the core in the economic and social development in Henan provience and urban agglomeration of Central Plains,therefore,weather the new district construction and environment could develop coordinately has become the focus.Based on environmental impact report of＂The Zhengbian Industrial belt Master Plan＂（Zhengzhou territory）,this article elaborated the current environment of Zhengzhou new district from water environment,soil environment,atmospheric environment and ecological environment,and then analyzed environmental impact from aspects of social activities,construction activity,production activities,transport activities and space pattern change.Finally,suggestions were presented mainly on planning concepts,Environmental management,environment prevention and protection,road construction and so on to reduce the environment influence and achieve sustainable environmental and the economical development in Zhengzhou new district.
