贵州烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶的质量差异

摘　　要：为了解贵州烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶质量特点和差异性,提高贵州烟叶质量,采用不同产地典型烟叶样品质量对比分析法,分析贵州烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶的物理性状、化学成分及感观质量。结果表明,津巴布韦烟叶外观质量优于贵州烟叶;物理性状上烟叶厚度、燃烧性、单叶重、叶面密度方面津巴布韦烟叶明显高于贵州烟叶,特别是上部烟叶表现明显;津巴布韦烟叶还原糖、总糖、总氮、蛋白质等含量低于贵州烟叶,氯、总植物碱、钾等含量津巴布韦烟叶高于贵州烟叶;贵州烟叶感官质量差于津巴布韦烟叶,以上部叶的差异较大。The physical character,chemical composition and sensory quality of tobacco leaves from Guizhou and Zimbawe were analyzed to study their quality characteristics and difference for improving tobacco quality from Guizhou.The results showed that the external quality,thickness,flammability,single leaf weight and leaf surface density of tobacco leaves from Zimbawe were significantly higher than those of tobacco leaves from Guizhou,the reducing sugar,total sugar,total nitrogen,protein content of tobacco leaves from Zimbawe was lower than those of tobacco leaves from Guizhou,the Cl,total plant alkaloid and K content of tobacco leaves from Zimbawe was higher than those of tobacco leaves from Guizhou,and the sensory quality of tobacco leaves from Guizhou was lower than that of tobacco leaves from Zimbawe.
