摘 要:为探讨常绿欧洲荚蒾在盐胁迫下的生理机制,为其推广应用提供理论基础,采用不同浓度的NaCl、NaHCO3、Na2SO4溶液处理常绿欧洲荚蒾21 d,测定其生理指标。结果表明:随着盐浓度的增加,常绿欧洲荚蒾叶片叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,相对电导率、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量呈上升趋势。表明,盐胁迫对常绿欧洲荚蒾幼苗的生理特性及生长有负面影响,在相同盐分浓度胁迫下,Na2SO4对常绿欧洲荚蒾的伤害最大,NaCl次之,NaHCO3最小。Physiological indexes of Viburnum opulus treated with different concentrations of NaCl,NaHCO3 and Na2SO4 for 21 days were determined to explore the physiological mechanism of Viburnum opulus under salt stress and provide theoretical basis for its application and dissemination.The results showed that the chlorophyll content decreased with the increase of salt concentration.The relative conductivity,proline content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content increased with the increase of salt concentration.Salt stress had negative effect on physiological indexes and growth of Viburnum opulus.The effect of Na2SO4 stress was stronger than NaCl stress and the effect of NaHCO3 was the minimum.
