摘　　要：为安徽省地方猪的保种及利用提供科学依据,对安徽省地方猪的种质资源及其有关特性进行了调查。结果表明:安徽地方猪种具有繁殖力高、肉质好等优点,但存在纯种数量少、生长慢、瘦肉率相对较低等劣势。同时分析了安徽省地方猪保种工作存在的问题,并提出了对现有猪种资源的保护及开发利用措施。The resources and characteristics of Anhui native pig were investigated to provide ascientific basis for protection and exploitation of Anhui native pig.The results showed that the quantity of purebred pigs is small,which have high reproductive capacity and high meat quality as well as the deficiencies of slow-growing and lower lean percentage.The problems and some measures of protection and exploitation for existing pig resources were proposed in this paper.
