摘 要:为了研究欧洲荚蒾的无性繁殖条件,以1年生的常绿欧洲荚蒾枝条为试材,进行了扦插繁殖试验,研究了不同扦插基质、不同枝段及不同生根剂处理对插条生根率和生根质量的影响。结果表明:扦插基质以河沙+园土(1∶1)生根情况最好,生根率为61.6%,平均根数3.8条,平均根长3.5 cm;采自枝条中部做插穗的生根效果最佳,生根率达62.3%,平均生根数3.8条,平均根长3.4 cm;以200 mg/L IBA对插穗生根的促进作用最显著,生根率达88.4%,平均根数4.8条,平均根长4.1 cm。Effects of different cutting medium,branch sections and plant growth regulator on the cutting propagation of Viburnum opulus were researched with 1-year-old branches of Viburnum opulus as materials to explore the vegetative propagation conditions of Viburnum opulus.The results showed that the cutting rooting condition was better when the cutting media with sand and garden soil were mixed in 1∶1,the rooting rate,number of root and root length were 61.6%,3.8 and 3.5cm respectively.The rooting quality was better when cuttings were collected from the middle of the branches,the rooting rate,number of root and root length were 62.3%,3.8 and 3.4cm respectively.IBA with the concentration of 100mg/L had the most remarkable effect on rooting rate of Viburnum opulus cuttings,the rooting rate,number of root and root length were 88.4%,4.8 and 4.1cm respectively.
