关于广州建设生态文明花园城市的思考

摘　　要：广州市以科学发展观和生态学基本理论为指导,提出"林带+林区+园林"的城乡一体化生态景观建设模式,结合"青山绿地"生态工程建设实践,使城市更适宜人居和创业,进一步提高了城乡人民生态意识,促进了法制建设和生态文明建设。The concept of ecology,ecological civilization,and garden city are elucidated. Based on scientific view of development and ecological basic theory, the ecological landscape model of urban-rural integration ＇Forest belt＋Forest district＋Gardening ＇ has developed by combining the practical experiences form the project of＇ Green mountain＋Green land ＇ of Guangzhou. The urban environments are more suitable for the human living and career-creation. The concept of ecological consciousness, awareness of law, and civilized behavior are enhanced.
