摘　　要：为提高学校实验室利用率和实验仪器设备使用率,对全校教学实验室和教学实习园区开展实验室绩效评估。通过开展实验室绩效评估,引入绩效管理理念,以评促建,以评促用,加强了实验室和教学实习园区的建设,强化了学校资源的合理配置,提高了实验仪器设备和实验室利用率,节约建设和管理经费,为建设节约型和谐校院做出了贡献。To enhance utilization ratio of laboratories,experimental instruments and equipment,our university has carried out performance evaluation on its experimental teaching laboratories and fields.With the development of performance evaluation on laboratories,we adopted the concept of performance management aiming at promoting the construction and use of labs and fields.Such an evaluation can facilitate the rational allocation of school resources,enhance the utilization ratio of laboratories,experimental instruments and equipment,and save fund for construction and management.
