后《决定》时代我国陪审制度的完善——以龙岩市陪审状况为例

摘　　要：自《关于完善人民陪审员制度的决定》正式施行以来,全国各基层法院系统选任并产生了决定出台后的第一批人民陪审员。在五年的实践中,陪审员参加审理各类案件,在促进司法民主、司法公正以及司法公信力方面取得了诸多成就,但不足依然存在。今后应在立法以及陪审员的选任、培训、管理、制度保障等方面加大改革的力度。Since the officially implementation of Decision on Perfecting People Jury System （hereinafter referred to as the Decision）, each basic units of nationwide court system selected, appointed, and generated the first batch of people＇s juror after the issuing of Decision. In five years practice, the jurors participate in hearing all kinds of cases, and have made many achievements in promoting the judicial democracy, }udicial justice, and judicial credibility. But insufficient still existed. In the future we should strengthen the reforns in legislation and in aspects of juror＇s selection, training, management, and system guarantee.
