摘　　要：目的探讨联勤(联合后勤保障)后疗养医疗结合对飞行员体格检查质量的影响。方法从人才培养、规范程序、设备利用等方面探讨疗养和医疗结合的做法。结果由于有大量的临床工作为基础,有先进的医疗设备为依托,体检工作人员的视野开阔了,发现疾病的能力提高了,飞行卫生保障的能力增强了。结论疗养与医疗结合可以留住人才、提高飞行员疾病检出率、降低飞行员转院检查率、提高飞行员健康出勤率。Objective Mainly discuss after joint logistics the combination of recuperation and medicine whose influence to the quality of pilots＇ physical examination.Methods To study the practice about the combination of recuperation and medicine from talent training,standard procedure and utilization of equipment.Results Have many of clinical work as the foundation,the advanced medical facilities as the support,the workers＇eyes have opened,the ability to work has increased,the ability to flight healthpretection has increased.Conclusion The combination of recuperation and medicine can retain talent,improve disease detection rate of the pilot,reduce the rate of pilot referral checks and improve the health of attendance pilot.
