摘　　要：低碳经济是减少温室气体排放,应对全球气候变暖的最佳经济模式,已成为目前研究的热点问题。从研究理论与方法模型两个方面叙述了国内外学术界关于发展低碳经济的研究情况。Low-carbon economy is the best economic model to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat global warming,this becomes a hot research issue.Based on low-carbon economy at home and abroad on the development of academic related research,this paper studies two aspects of the theory methods and policy models,and it summarizes and comments briefly.
