黑洞能量剂和黑洞能节煤剂的应用

摘  要:叙述了根据黑洞能量的理论研制的黑洞能量剂和黑洞能节煤剂在节能、减排、环保各方面的表现,经75 t循环流化床验证,单纯用黑洞能量剂时节煤率大于7.0%,加上黑洞能节煤剂后节煤率约提高到10.0%;经过35 t链条炉试验,黑洞能节煤剂的节煤率为8.0%~12.7%;SO2减排达27.6%~38.0%。结果表明,黑洞能量剂和黑洞能节煤剂均是很好的节能减排产品,具有巨大的潜在市场价值。Based on the black hole energy theory,Beijing Junxin Lvjie Environment Scientific Technology Research Institute has developed the black hole energy product and black hole coal-saving additive product that have both been achieving outstanding activty in the areas of energy saving,emission reduction and environment protection.After testing and verification,when black hole energy product is used alone in the 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler,coal-saving rate is greater than 7%.If,however,black hole energy product is used together with black hole coal-saving additive product,coal-saving rate rises to about 10%.Furthermore,when black hole coal-saving additive product is used in the 35t/h traveling grate boiler,coal-saving rate is 8%~12.7% and emission of sulfur dioxide is reduced by 27.6%~38%.The above results indicate that both black hole energy and black hole coal-saving additives are excellent products for energy saving and emission reduction,enormous potential market value and worth to be promoted for wide application.
