摘 要:比较了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定指甲中钙的两种前处理方法。样品分别采用非完全消化法与微波消解法进行前处理,研究了钙的最佳工作条件,且考察了释放剂硝酸锶的影响。两种方法测得钙含量基本一致,相对误差小于0.94%。方法检出限分别为0.04μg/mL、0.03μg/mL,相对标准偏差分别为1.75%、1.05%。两种方法测定钙的结果都令人满意,非完全消化法速度快,微波消解法灵敏度较高,可根据实际情况选择前处理方法。Two pretreatment methods for the determination of calcium in finger nail by flame atomic absorption spectrometry were compared.The sample was digested by microwave digestion compared with noncomplete digestion.The optimal working conditions of calcium were studied,and the influence of strontium nitrate which used as releasing agent was investigated.The results showed that the calcium content in finger nail after microwave digestion was consistant with that obtained by noncomplete digestion,and the relative error between two methods was less than 0.94%.The detection limits for microwave digestion and noncomplete digestion were 0.03 μg/mL and 0.04 μg/mL,respectively,the relative standard deviations were 1.05% and 1.75%,respectively.Both of the two methods were satisfactory.Noncomplete digestion was fast,whereas microwave digestion was more sensitive,therefore it should select pretreatment method according to the practical condition.
