摘  要:为了探讨香菇草对Cu^(2+)胁迫的响应机制及其对Cu^(2+)的吸收特性,通过营养液盆栽试验研究了不同浓度Cu^(2+)(0,2,6,10,14mg·L^(-1))对香菇草的生长及生理特性的影响。研究结果表明:(1)随着Cu^(2+)浓度的增加,香菇草的形态变化明显,生长受到一定的抑制。(2)随着Cu^(2+)处理浓度和处理时间的增加,香菇草叶片细胞膜透性和MDA含量急剧上升。但在第21天,Cu^(2+)超过6mg·L^(-1)的浓度时,香菇草的细胞膜透性和MDA含量呈下降趋势,SOD酶活性总体上呈现升高后降低的趋势。(3)Cu^(2+)在香菇草根、茎、叶内的含量随处理浓度的增加而增加,尤其是在根中的积累量最大,处理浓度在10 mg·L^(-1)时根内含量达到最高值,几乎是茎、叶含量的20~30倍。In order to research the mechanisms of response to Cu^(2+) stress and absorption characteristics of Cu^(2+) in Hydrocotyle vulgaris, using potted plants as materials,the effects of Cu^(2+) stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Hydrocotyle vulgaris were studied.The results showed that,(1)with the Cu^(2+)concentration increasing,the morphological changes of Hydrocotyle vulgaris were obvious,it's growth inhibited.(2) With the Cu^(2+)concentration increasing,the membrane permeability, MDA content increased,but the membrane permeability,MDA content decreased at 21 d,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity showed a trend of increased at firt and then decreased.(3)With the Cu^(2+)concentration increasing,the Cu^(2+) content in the root,stem and leaves of Hydrocotyle vulgaris increased,the Cu^(2+) content in the root was 20~30 times in the stem and leaves.
