高钙日粮对青年蛋鸡血清电解质动态变化的影响

摘　　要：35日龄240羽伊沙蛋鸡随机均分为对照组(含钙1.00%)和高钙组(含钙3.78%)。在饲喂高钙日粮的当日和第8,16,24,32天时,动态测定两组鸡血清中钙、钠、钾、无机磷、镁以及尿酸的变化。结果表明,饲喂高钙日粮的第15天鸡发生腹泻,与对照组相比,高钙组在饲喂高钙日粮的第24和第32天时尿酸显著升高;在饲喂高钙日粮的第8,16,24,32天血清中钙含量显著升高;在第16,24,32天血清无机磷含量显著降低;在饲喂高钙日粮的第16天和第24天时血清中钠含量显著升高;在第8,16,24,32天血清中钾含量显著降低;在饲喂高钙日粮整个试验过程中,血清中氯、镁含量差异不显著。说明高钙日粮引起青年蛋鸡腹泻,同时血清的电解质和尿酸都发生了一定的变化。Two hundred and fourty healthy growers of 35 days old were randomly divided into two groups.The growers in different groups were fed with normal calcium diet（control,1.00%calcium）,high calcium diet（HC,3.78%calcium） respectively.According to experimental design,we detected electrolyte of serum at the day 0,8,16,24,32 days after feeding the HC diet.The results showed HC could cause diarrhea at the day 15 after feeding the HC diet.As comared to the control,serum urine acid in the HC group increased at the day 24,32 days after feeding the HC diet.Serum calcium significantly increased and serum potassium decreased at the day of 8,16,24,32 after feeding the HC diet.Serum inorganic phosphorus decreased at the day 16,24,32.In conclusion, high calcium diet cause diarrhea,and dynamic change biochemical index in grower.
