健康与腹泻幼犬肠道菌群的比较研究

摘　　要：通过对健康幼犬和腹泻幼犬的肠道菌群进行研究,对两者之间的差异进行探讨,以指导临床对腹泻的治疗。无菌采取健康幼犬和腹泻幼犬的粪便,通过选用不同选择性培养基,对其粪便微生物进行分离培养。比较两者菌群的差异,并筛选优势菌株,研究其生长特性以及通过生化试验进行确认。健康幼犬与腹泻幼犬粪便中常见细菌有肠杆菌、肠球菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌等,其数量的变化比较,腹泻幼犬粪便中肠球菌和乳酸杆菌的数量降低明显,双歧杆菌数量略有下降,肠杆菌的数量有不显著增加的趋势。肠道菌群失调易引起腹泻,临床上应正确治疗腹泻,避免滥用抗生素。Through the study on the intestinal flora of the healthy and diarrhea puppies,differences were explored between the two flora to guide the clinical treatment of diarrhea.After healthy and diarrhea puppy faeces were adopted aseptically,the faecal micro -organisms were isolated and cultured to compare the differences between the two flora through the different selective media. The growing characteristics and the appearance of bacterium were analyzed and identified.The intestinal flora includes Enterobacteria, Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium etc.Compared with the number of bacteria in the intestinal canal of the healthy puppy,in the the intestinal canal of the diarrhea puppy,the number of Enterococci and Lactobacilli declined obviously,the number of Bifidobacteria declined little and the number of Enterobacteria had no significant increasing trend.Imbalance of intestinal flora was caused easily by the diarrhea,so the clinical treatment of diarrhea should be corrected to avoid the abuse of antibiotics.
