复方山菊对自发性高血压大鼠血压 血脂及全血黏度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方山菊口服给药对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压、血脂及血黏度的影响。方法:SHR灌服不同剂量复方山菊[0.05、0.15、0.45g/(kg.d)],每2周以尾袖法测定血压;16周后以终点比色法检测血浆甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(CHOL),直接测定法检测血浆高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL),旋转法检测全血黏度(WBV)。结果:复方山菊各剂量组血压明显下降;复方山菊0.15、0.45g/(kg.d)剂量组血浆CHOL、HDL及LDL均明显降低;复方山菊0.45g/(kg.d)剂量组全血黏度低切变率明显降低。结论:复方山菊具有降低SHR血压、血脂和血黏度作用。Objective：To observe the effects of oral compound chrysanthemi indici on the blood pressure,blood fats and blood viscosity in spontaneously hypertensive rats（SHR）.Methods： SHRs were orally administered with compound chrysanthemi indici at a dose of 0.05,0.15 or 0.45 g/（kg·d）,respectively.Blood pressure was measured by tail cuff every 2 weeks.After 16 weeks,plasma triglyceride（TG） and total cholesterol（CHOL） were determined by LAL endpoint,plasma high-density lipoprotein（HDL） and low density lipoprotein（LDL） by direct determination,and whole blood viscosity（WBV）,by rotation method.Results： The blood pressure appeared decreased significantly in each group at dose of 0.05,0.15 or 0.45 g/（kg·d）.CHOL,HDL and LDL were also down-regulated significantly in the groups with medication dose of 0.15 or 0.45 g/（kg·d）.Low-shear blood viscosity was found in the rats with high dose of compound chrysanthemi indici[（0.45 g/（kg·d）]）.Conclusion： Compound chrysanthemi indici is potentially to regulate the blood pressure,blood fats and blood viscosity in SHRs.
