合成纤维改善成纸性能的研究

摘　　要：分别采用PVA纤维和聚酯纤维与漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆混合抄造,对纸张各物理性能的检测结果表明:加入PVA纤维后,纸张的Cobb值、抗张指数、耐破指数及伸长率均有明显的提高,纸张的挺度和紧度降低;加入聚酯纤维后,纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数、伸长率和紧度均降低,而Cobb值和挺度则升高。在生产研究中,要对纸张各项性能综合考虑来决定添加合成纤维的种类和适宜的添加量。PVA fiber and polyester fiber were mixed with bleached softwood kraft pulp respectively, and the paper properties were also studied. The results showed that after adding PVA fiber, this kind of paper＇ s Cobb, tensile in- dex, burst index and elongation increased, stiffness and density decreased, while after adding polyester fiber, the tensile index, burst index, elongation and density decreased, Cobb and stiffness increased. So the performance on the paper should be taken into account to determine the appropriate type and dosage of synthetic fibers.
