摘　　要：本文介绍了天然抗菌剂壳聚糖的物理化学性质及其改性方法,对壳聚糖及其衍生物在抗菌纸中的应用状况进行了综述,并对壳聚糖的抗菌机理进行了探讨。In this paper, the physical and chemical properties and the modification methods of chitosan, anatural antibaeterieal agent, was systematically introduced. The application of chitosan and its derivatives in antibacterial paper was reviewed. In addition, the antibacterial mechanism of ehitosan was discussed.
