摘　　要：近年来城市规划的公共政策属性等方面的讨论成为一个热点问题,反映了政府对于城市规划公共政策的社会属性的定位,同时也反映了广大城市规划工作者在新形势下强烈的公共责任感和自豪感。说明了城市规划的改革与发展面临新的机遇。本文通过浅析城市规划社会属性和社会责任探讨城市规划向公共政策属性转变的落脚点和实施途径。Recently the discussion on public policy of urban planning has been a hot issue, which reflecting the location on society property of urban planning public policy, and the public duty and pride of the wide urban planning workers under the new situations. The article discussed the way to carry out of convert urban planning to public policy.
