摘　　要：学校应重视开展关于学生应急避险的生命安全教育,将学校体育教学与应急避险能力教育相结合,构建学校生命安全教育模式,寓应急避险能力教育于体育教育之中,以培养学生在险境中的应对能力显得十分重要。由此提出"学生应急避险体适能"的概念,并探讨了学生应急避险体适能的构成要素以及培养途径等。We should regard it as the most important thing that we could put the safety education about emergency hedging into practice,and construct the model of life education in order to cultivating the coping capacity of students when they are up against the dangerous situation.Thus,this paper put forward the conception about ＂the Physical Fitness of Emergency Hedging of Students＂,simultaneously,discuss the inscapes and cultivate methods about the physical fitness of emergency hedging of students.
