摘 要:近年来,我国在中厚板品种开发、质量提升、替代进口等方面取得了很大的成绩,这不仅得益于中厚板轧机技术装备水平的整体提升,更重要的是各厂注重先进技术的运用和自主技术的开发。本文通过对TMCP技术在中厚板厂应用情况的研究,概括地将TMCP对工艺控制、轧机能力、坯料温控、轧后加速冷却配置,生产的先进性、经济性和灵活性等进行了综述,目的使读者对TMCP有一个较为系统和深入的认识,以便更具有创造性应用好TMCP技术。In recent years,significant achievements have been made on the aspects of the steel grade development,quality improvement,import substitution of medium and heavy steel plate in China,which benefited not only from the improvement of the level of technological equipment for medium and heavy plate mill,but also the active introduction of the advanced technologies and independent technology development by the steelworks.Based on the study on the TMCP application in various medium and heavy plate mills,the article generally summaries the TMCP′s parameter setups for the process control,the capacity of mill stand,the temperature control of slabs,accelerated cooling as well as the advanced level,economic feature and flexibility of TMCP technique in production.The article intends to enable the readers to have a systematic and better understanding on TMCP in order to creatively and effectively apply TMCP in actual production.
