摘　　要：轧辊油膜轴承能否正常运转直接受轴承密封性能的制约。2009年,安钢第二轧钢厂频繁出现支承辊油膜轴承进水和漏油事故,严重制约了轧机的正常生产。针对这一问题,该厂成立专项攻关组,通过跟踪分析、查找故障根源、采取多项措施,最终有效解决了油膜轴承进水和漏油问题。Whether the backup oil film bearing can operate properly or not is directrly restricted by its sealing performance.In 2009,water ingress and oil leakage accidents frequently occurred on the backup oil film bearing in No.2 Rolling Plant of Angang,which severely restricted the normal production of the mill.Focusing on the problem,the rolling plant established a team to tackle the problem,which effectively and finally resolved the problem of water ingress and oil leakage on the oil film bearing by tracking analysis,exploring the causes of the malfunction and taking various measures.
