摘　　要：介绍了沙钢5 m宽厚板轧机支承辊的使用环境、使用技术和使用水平,指出适用的轧辊材质和性能、合理可控的换辊周期、优化的配辊和磨削技术以及完善的检测技术是轧辊使用和维护的关键。并对支承辊使用技术的发展作了展望。The article introduces the application environment,techniques and level of the backup rolls in the 5 m wide and heavy plate mill of Shagang,points out that the appropriate roll material and properties,the rational and controllable roll change cycle,optimized roll setup and grinding technique,improved inspection and examination methods are the key factors of the roll application and maintenance,and prospects the future development of the application techniques for the backup rolls.
