摘  要:目的研究髋关节骨关节炎(OA)和颈干角(CCD)、中心边缘角(CE)、髋臼负重区域角(AWZ)及Idelberger角(ACM)角度的关系。方法选择1991-12~2006-01全髋关节置换术后的50例患者。测量每位患者的CCD,CE,AWZ及ACM,及随访后的髋关节关节间隙变化,统计分析髋关节间隙变化和CCD,CE,AWZ及ACM的关系。结果 AWZ与髋关节关节间隙Ⅰ的变化呈正相关关系(r=0.282,P=0.047),AWZ与关节间隙Ⅳ的变化也呈正相关关系(r=0.282,P=0.047)。CE与关节间隙Ⅳ的变化存在负相关关系(r=-0.302,P=0.033)。CCD与总关节间隙的变化无相关关系(r=-0.233,P=0.103),ACM与总关节间隙的变化也无相关关系(r=-0.243,P=0.090)。结论 CCD及ACM角的变化与髋关节关节间隙变化无相关关系,CE,AWZ与髋关节关节间隙变窄存在相关关系。CE越小髋关节关节间隙变窄的发展越快,AWZ越大髋关节关节间隙变窄的发展越快。Objective To study the relationship between osteoarthritis(OA)of the hip and shaft neck angle(CCD),centre edge angle(CE),angle of the weight-bearing zone(AWZ)and Idelberger angle(ACM).Methods Fifty patients with hip osteoarthritis from December 1991 to January 2006 were performed total hip replacement,32 females(64%)and 18 males(36.0%).The patients aged from 30 to 73 years,average 55.4 years.The CCD,CE,AWZ,ACM and changes of joint space after follow-up were recorded and analyzed.Results AWZ was positively related with the changes of joint space Ⅰ(r=0.282,P=0.047)and joint space Ⅳ(r=0.282,P=0.047).CE angle was related with the changes of joint space Ⅳ(r=-0.302,P=0.033).CCD was not related with the changes of total joint space(r=-0.233,P=0.103).ACM was also not relate with the total changes of joint space(r=-0.243,P=0.090).Conclusion Changes of CCD and ACM has no obvious influence on the changes of joint space.The smaller CE angle is,the more quickly joint space restricts.The bigger AWZ is,the more quickly joint space restricts.
