内服外治综合疗法治疗外阴白色病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的本文旨在探索中药内服外用治疗外阴白斑的效果。方法将150例患者按治疗方案不同分为3组。治疗Ⅰ组:50例,口服中药,患部中药洗剂熏洗、2%丙酸睾丸酮软膏涂抹。治疗Ⅱ组:50例,无口服中药,其他治疗同Ⅰ组;治疗Ⅲ组:50例,仅用2%丙酸睾丸酮软膏涂抹患处。结果治疗Ⅰ组痊愈29例,显效13例,有效8例,无效0,总有效率(100%);治疗Ⅱ组痊愈10例,显效7例,有效22例,无效11例,总有效率(78%);治疗Ⅲ组痊愈1例,显效9例,有效12例,无效28例,总有效率(44%)。结论内服中药外用中药洗剂、2%丙酸睾丸酮涂抹患处治疗外阴白斑取得明显效果。Objective To search for TCM Internal and external application to therapy for Chronic vulva dystrophy.Methods According to the therapeutic program,we divided the 150 Patients into 3 treatments.Treatment Ⅰ：50 cases applied by internal and external TCM and 2% testosterone propionate ointment.Treatment Ⅱ：50 case applied external TCM and 2% testosterone propionate ointment treatment Ⅲ：50 cases applied by 2% testosterone propionate ointment only.Results Treatment Ⅰ：29 cases were cured,13 markedly effective,8 effective and 0 ineffective,the total effective rate（100%）;Treatment Ⅱ：10 cured,7 markedly effective,22 effective,11 ineffective,the total effective rate（78%）;Treatment Ⅲ：1 cured,9 markedly effective,12 effective,28 ineffective,the total effective rate（44%）.Conclusion 1.Internal TCM recipes as shengjing and ganxue-tonic,heat-clearing and dampness-eliminating,Qixue-tonics and bettering skin.2.External washing TCM and plaster to control clitoris and pudendumadhesion.3.By the reason of the period of inflamed cells slough,we schedule the therapy into treating and reserving intervals,so the efficacy is steady.
