摘　　要：目的探讨过敏性紫癜与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法总结10例恶性肿瘤并发过敏性紫癜(henoch-schonlein purpura,HSP)患者的起病时间、临床表现及治疗,结合文献资料分析恶性肿瘤与过敏性紫癜的发病关系。结果 10例均为成年患者,男7例,女3例。结肠癌2例,食管癌2例,胃癌1例,直肠癌1例,慢性淋巴细胞白血病1例,急性髓系白血病3例,诊断肿瘤后在无其他明显诱因的情况下出现过敏性紫癜。结论过敏性紫癜的发生和恶性肿瘤有关。Objective To explore the association between Henoch-schonlein purpura and malignancies.Methods This article summarize onset time,clinical manifestations and therapy of 10 cases of HSP associated with malignancies,and analyze the association between malignancies and HSP together with the literature data.Results The 10 cases were adult patients,male（n=7）,female（n=3）.colon cancer（n=2）,esophageal cancer（n=2）,gastric cancer（n=1）,rectal cancer（n=1）,chronic lymphocytic leukemia（n=1）,acute myeloid leukemia：（n=3）.HSP happened without any other obvious incentives after diagnosis of malignancies.Conclusion The appearance of HSP is associated with malignancies.
