摘 要:在试验的基础上研究了消化液回用对牛粪两相厌氧消化的影响。试验通过改变消化液的回用量来研究对两相厌氧消化的影响。研究发现,当每天进料量为1L,消化液回用量分别为0、400、800mL,随着消化液回用量的增加,会使产酸相pH逐渐升高,以及造成挥发性脂肪酸VFA下降和丙酸积累;产酸相氨氮浓度也有所增加,但未达到抑制产气的极限浓度;产甲烷相的COD去除率分别为62.61%、70.05%、77.49%;当回用量为800mL时,总产气量有明显的增加。研究认为,从整个系统的稳定运行来考虑,还是选择较低的消化液回用量为宜,高回用量会造成丙酸和氨氮的积累,进而影响消化系统的性能。Lab experiments were performed to determine the effects of recycled digestive effluent on two-phase anaerobic digestion process of cow manure. Changing the digestive effluent recycled quantity of 0,400,800 mL,when added 1 L cow manure each day,pH in the hydrolysis-acidification increased gradually. Due to a sharp decline of volatile fatty acid and accumulation of propionic acid,it would lead to the accumulation of ammonia nitrogen in the hydrolysis-acidification,but the consistence of ammonia nitrogen did not achieve the limit of biogas controlled;the COD reduction in the methanogenic phase was presented 62.61%,70.05%,77.49% and the total gas production rate mark-edly increased. Therefore,from the stable operation of the whole system to consider that it should be better to choose the lower recycled quantity of the digestive effluent,at a much higher recycled quantity it would deteriorate,due to accumulation of propionic acid and ammonia nitrogen.
