摘 要:为了确定玉米秸杆皮瓤分离机的结构和运动参数,利用本研究设计的玉米秸秆剖瓤实验台对玉米秸杆皮瓤分离机的关键机构—剖瓤机构进行了试验研究。为优化剖瓤机构的结构和运动参数,利用二次回归正交旋转组合设计安排了影响剖瓤质量的主要因素的四因子试验,并以剥净率和茎秆外皮损伤率作为评价指标。通过试验,得出了结构和运动参数的合理组合:剖瓤辊转速1550~1700r·min-1,切刀与支持板的间隙1.4~2.5mm,切刀数量4~5把,秸秆含水率最宜范围55%~65%。For deciding the structure and parameters of separation equipment for cover and pith of corn straw,the key mechanism-cutting mechanism for pith was experimented in the paper by cutting-pith experimental equipment. For optimization parameters in structure and motion of cutting mechanism,the experimental method of the four-factor quadratics rotary orthogonal combination was adopted,and two evaluation indexes(cutting and damage ratio) were applied in the experiment. By carrying on the experiments,the suitable parameters in structure and motion were obtained as below,rotation speed of cutting-pith roll was 1 550-1 700 r·min-1,clearance between cutting blade and bottom plate was 1.4-2.5 mm,cutting blades was 4-5 pieces,and moisture content of corn straw was 55%-65%.
