摘　　要：QC小组活动生产实践中,对影响生产的各个环节进行反复的实验、论证后,经过评审与审核决定它的活动成果。本文通过对现场评审各个环节的阐述,指出现场评审对QC小组活动成果评审的重要性。As an activity organization for a long time, the activity achievement for QC team is decided by review, examination and verification after repetitious experiments and demonstrations for every link influencing the production in productive practice. The importance of field review to review of activity achievement for Qc team is pointed out by representing each link of field review.
