高效液相色谱法测定复方苦参子洗液中蛇床子素含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定复方苦参子洗液中蛇床子素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用日本DL-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(65:35:0.1),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长322 nm。结果蛇床子素进样量在0.0448～2.24μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.40%,RSD=1.18%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简单、准确、可靠,可用于复方苦参子洗液的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of osthole in Compound Kushenzi Lotion.Methods The DL-C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid（65 ∶35 ∶0.1）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 322 nm.Results The calibration curve of osthole was in good linearity within the range of 0.044 8-2.24 μg（r=0.999 5）,the average recovery rate was 99.40%with RSD 1.18%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for determination of osthole in Compound Kushenzi Lotion.
