我院2005—2008年干部诊疗科降血压药应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解降血压药的应用规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院干部诊疗科2005年至2008年降血压药的销售金额、用药频度及日均费用等进行统计。结果硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅱ)、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片、马来酸左旋氨氯地平片的用药频度位居前列。结论降血压药中,钙离子拮抗剂的临床应用较多。Objective To understand the law in the use of hypotensive drugs in our hospital functionary pharmacy to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Hypotensive drugs used in our hospital functionary pharmacy from 2005 to 2008 were analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,DDDs and DDDc.Results In terms of DDDs,Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets,Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Levoamlodipine Maleate Tablets were at the front.Conclusion Hypotensive drugs belonging to calcium antagonist were used widely in clinic.
