摘　　要：在顺丁橡胶生产中,杂质能导致聚丁二烯分子结构的改变,影响产品质量;甚至使聚合活性下降导致聚合反应中断。文中通过分析丁二烯中各种杂质对聚合反应、聚合胶液门尼份和成品胶挥发份的物理性能的影响,总结出相应的最佳操作方法,提高了顺丁橡胶产品的质量。In cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production,impurities can result in the change of polybutadiene molecular structure and thus affect product quality;they even make polymerization activity decrease leading to polymerization interruption.Through the analysis on the impact of impurities on polymerization,polymerization solution Mooney and product volatiles’s physical property,relevant optimum operation methods were summarized,which improved the quality of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber.
