摘  要:用盆栽法研究了4份狗牙根材料对低温胁迫的生理响应。结果表明,随着温度的降低,狗牙根根茎电导率呈上升趋势,脯氨酸表现为先下降后上升趋势,丙二醛含量、SOD活性、POD活性均呈先下降后上升再下降趋势,且SOD、POD活性同步性较好。与寒敏感材料Cd128、Cd147相比,抗寒性强的狗牙根材料Cd039、Cd093的电导率升高较慢,丙二醛含量相对较低,脯氨酸含量上升较快,SOD活性相对较高,POD活性表现不稳定。Physiological response of four Bermudagrass to freezing temperature was studied with pot method.The results showed that during the freezing stress of Bermudagrass rhizomes,electrical conductivity(EC) showed increasing tendency,proline(Pro) content was firstly decreasing,and then increased,Malondialdephyde content(MDA),superoxide dismutasethe(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity firstly were decreased then increased and last decreased.Compared with cold-sensitive materials of Cd128 and Cd147,Cd039 and Cd093 with high Cold-resistance showed the that EC were increased slowly and MAD was low,Pro was increased quickly,SOD activity were relatively high,and POD activity appeared unstable.
