摘  要:通过对152份新疆野生狗牙根的形态特征进行研究,从中根据外部性状等选出60份具有代表性的狗牙根材料进行分析。结果表明,新疆野生狗牙根在外部形态上具有丰富的遗传多样性,11个形态性状表现出较大变异,变异系数介于12.50%~59.76%,总平均变异系数为25.15%;通过聚类分析,将60份新疆狗牙根野生材料分为矮生型、中间型、高大型3大类;初步筛选出植株低矮的Cd026、Cd015等材料作为草坪型,植株中等的Cd047、Cd054等材料作为草坪牧草兼用型,植株高大的Cd134、Cd131等材料作为牧草生态兼用型,为新疆野生狗牙根种质资源的保存、评价及品种选育提供理论依据。The aim of the study was used to reveal the morphological characteristics of 152 Xinjiang wild Bermudagrasses,from which 60 representative materials were selected and analyzed by their external characteristics.The results indicated that the genetic diversity is very abundantly on 11 morphological characteristics which represent obvious variance,whose coefficient is between 12.50% and 59.76%,the average variance coefficient is 25.15%,and the 60 materials were divided into three kinds such as low,middle and high;the materials of Cd026,Cd015 were used as lawn type,and the middle plants were Cd047,Cd054 was used for both as lawn and pasture,and Cd134,Cd131 were used as dual-purpose type of grassplot and ecology which provided the theoretical basis for conservation and estimation of germplasm resources of Xinjiang Wild Bermudagrass.
