摘 要:为保护不同居群的藏鸡种质资源和遗传多样性,研究藏鸡四川居群的基础生物学特征。在四川省甘孜州对藏鸡进行形态学观察并测定其生长和繁殖等生理性能。测定结果表明,藏鸡四川居群的外貌特征与西藏居群相似,毛色鲜艳,羽翼发达善于飞翔;藏鸡四川居群雌雄个体体重分别可达177.42%,131.57%的相对增长率,成年鸡体重最大值可达1 520 g。四川居群的生长发育指标、产肉性能指标大于西藏居群。藏鸡四川居群较西藏居群具有更优良的基础生物学性能,可优先作为藏鸡遗传育种的材料和基因库。In order to protect the breed resource and genetic diversity of Tibetan chicken with different populations,the research was carried out on the basic biological performance of Tibetan chicken in Ganzi of Sichuan province.The morphology of Tibetan chicken was observed and their growth performance and reproductive performance were measured.The results show that the physical form of Tibetan chickens in Sichuan is the same with the that in Tibet.Tibetan chickens have bright-coloured coat and are good at flying.Different populations of Tibetan chickens have some differences in biological performances:The relative growth rate of male and female individuals' weight in Sichuan is 177.42% and 131.57% respectively,the maximum weight is 1 520 g,the growth and development indicators of Tibetan chickens are greater than those in Tibet;Tibetan chicken's body size is bigger than that in Tibet;Tibetan chicken's meat performance in Sichuan is better than that in Tibet.Tibetan chickens of Sichuan are better than those of Tibet in biological performances.Sichuan Tibetan chickens populations possess priority for the genetic breeding material and gene pool.
