摘 要:在对目前土地利用规划研究方法分析的基础上,提出了一种系统动力学和灰色多目标动态规划模型相结合的方法。以新疆博乐市为例进行验证,讨论了该方法在土地利用总体规划中的具体应用,在博乐市的3个最优解中选择出了方案3为最优规划方案。研究结果表明,以模型优势互补性为立足点,提出了一种系统动力学和灰色多目标规划模型相结合应用模式,有助于土地利用总体规划方案比较选择。Based on the analysis of land use planning at present,a method of combining systematical dynamics with multi-target dynamic planning model was proposed.In explaining the theory of the realization of the method based on the model,and then taking Bole city in Xinjiang as an example,specific applications of the methods in the overall planning of land use was discussed.Finally,through comparative analysis,the results were as follows:third scheme had been selected from three optimized solutions in Bole city of Xinjiang.The conclusion indicated that method of combining systematical dynamics with multi-target dynamic planning model was presented by complementary advantage which was conductive to the comparative selections of overall planning scheme of land use.
