基于SSM的乌鲁木齐市工业结构与竞争力变动分析

摘　　要：本文应用偏离—份额分析法,以新疆工业经济发展为参照系,对1995年~2002年~2009年乌鲁木齐工业结构变动和竞争力进行了实证分析。结果显示：这期间乌鲁木齐的工业结构变动比较大,整体结构优化,但工业竞争力变化不大,需要不断增强工业竞争力。在今后的发展中,应积极扶持有竞争优势的产业,发展高新技术产业,提升工业产业竞争力,以带动新疆的新型工业化道路。With the Shift-Share Method（SSM）,the state of the individual economic growth from 1995 to 2002 to 2009 of the changes in industrial structure and compositeness of Urumqi in Xinjiang is analyzed by comparison.The results of the analysis show that： Urumqi＇s industrial structure relatively changes largely with the better structure,but the trend of industry competitiveness is weakening.In future industrial development of the city,we should actively support strongly competitive industries and develop high-tech industry and enhance industrial competitiveness,to lead the new road to industrialization of Xinjiang.
