摘 要:为了探讨硒对氟致睾丸损伤的拮抗作用,以雄性SD大鼠为实验动物,在饮水中加氟化钠(50 mg/L)、亚硒酸钠(分别为0.375,0.750和1.500 mg/L),单纯喂养或硒氟两两组合喂养6个月,断头处死,用试剂盒测大鼠睾丸组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)的活性.结果发现:1)大鼠体质量:氟加低硒组、氟加中硒组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2)LDH活性:染氟组低于对照组,中硒组、高硒组、氟加高硒组高于染氟组(P<0.05);AKP活性:染氟组低于对照组,而氟加中硒组高于对照组(P<0.05);ACP活性:染氟组高于对照组(P<0.05).3)Na+,K+-ATPase活性:高硒组及氟加高硒组较对照组降低;Ca2+-ATPase活性:中硒组和氟加高硒组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究表明硒可以对慢性氟中毒导致的雄性生殖毒性产生拮抗作用,不同酶对拮抗作用的敏感性不同.It was aimed to study the antagonism of selenium on male reproductive toxicity induced by excessive fluorine,the male SD rats deionized water supplemented with NaF or/and Na2SeO3 were fed for six months.The body weights,testical,epididymitis and its organic coefficient were measured and calculated;the levels of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),Na^+K^+-ATPase,Mg^2+-ATPase,Ca^2+-ATPase were examined.The results showed that: 1) Weigh of rats was significantly increased(P0.05) in group of fluorine plus low-dose selenium and fluorine plus mid-dose selenium compared to contrl.2) The level of LDH was significantly(P0.05) decreased in fluorine group compared to control and it was significantly(P0.05) increased in mid-dose selenium,high-dose selenium and fluorine plus high-dose selenium compared with fluorine group;The ACP level was significantly(P0.05) changed in fluorine group and fluorine plus mid-dose selenium compared to control respectively;similar significant(P0.05) changes were found in the level of AKP in fluorine group and control.3) Significant differences(P0.05) were observed in three groups in the level of Na+K+-ATPase;while the level of Ca2+-ATPase in the mid-selenium group and fluorine plus high-dose selenium had significant(P0.05) differences from that of control.Fluoride resulted in reproductive toxicity in male rat,and appropriate selenium takin could antagonize the toxicity of flouride.
