中药外洗方剂结合复方地塞米松乳膏外用治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察比较中药外洗方剂结合复方地塞米松乳膏外用治疗和单用复方地塞米松乳膏外涂治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生的效果。方法研究对象按就诊时自愿选择药物随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中药热熏温坐浴后局部外涂复方地塞米松乳膏治疗;对照组单纯用温水坐浴后局部涂复方地塞米松乳膏。结果治疗组明显好转率为88.89%,对照组明显好转率为47.05%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药外洗方剂结合复方地塞米松乳膏外用治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生效果优于单用复方地塞米松乳膏治疗。Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effects of external application of Chinese herbal lotion combined Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream and single Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream in the treatment of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia.Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to their voluntary choice of medicine.The treatment group was given Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream by topical and external use after Chinese drugs fume-cleansing and sitz bath,while the control group was given only Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream by topical and external use after sitz bath.Results The obvious effect rate was 88.89% and 47.05% in treatment group and control group respectively with significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Chinese herbal lotion combined Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream are more effective than only Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream in the treatment of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia.
