摘  要:对青海七个泉油田原油进行了微生物降解试验,通过研究原油降解率、培养液表面张力、样品粘度以及饱和烃、芳烃、非烃、沥青质各组分在原油中降解前后相对含量的变化,分析比较了不同原油在不同菌种与不同培养基配伍时的降解效果。结果表明,试验所用菌种对原油均具有较好降解作用。色谱分析表明,经微生物作用后,原油中族组分的相对含量发生较大变化,饱和烃含量总体呈增加趋势,芳烃、非烃和沥青质的百分含量在不同培养条件下分别增加或减少。在试验条件中,Bjbios菌种与培养基①的配伍降解原油效果更佳。An experiment was conducted on microbial degradation of crude oil from Qinghai Qigequan Oilfield for evaluating the degradation effect of different microbes in different culture media and investigating the degradation efficiency of crude oil,the surface tension of media,viscosity of sample and relative content variation of saturated hydrocarbon,aromatic hydrocarbon,non-hydrocarbon and asphalt.The result shows that the bacteria used in the experiment could degrade the crude oil.The crude oils treated by bacteria were analyzed with gas chromatograph (GC),then the results of GC show that the relative percent contents of crude oils changed a lot,approximately saturated hydrocarbon content were increased,aromatic hydrocarbon,non-hydrocarbon and asphalt were likely raised or reduced under different conditions.In consideration of the variety of degradation efficiency,surface tension of medium,viscosity and relatively components content,microbial degradation improves the properties of the crude oil greatly.The effect of Bjbios with No.1 Medium is optimal on degrading crude oil in this experiment.
