摘　　要：乡镇级妇幼保健人员专题小组讨论结果表明，他们对ＲＴＩ／ＳＴＤ／ＡＩＤＳ具有一定的认识；能诊治当地常见生殖道感染／性病，但诊治过程不甚规范。进一步的业务培训应着重强调病人教育。Focus group discussion was used in qualitative study of reproductive health among maternal and child health (MCH) care providers at township level Results showed that MCH staff has acceptable knowledge about reproductive tract infections (RTIs), sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) They can perform diagnosis and treatment of common RTIs and STDs However, their performances do not meet the standard Results require that MCH staff at township level needs to be trained on diagnosis and treatment of RTIs and STDs, patient education, counseling, and case tracking
