摘　　要：教学与科研的互长对研究生教育和培养工作的健康发展非常关键,但一直以来,在研究生的教学,特别是经管类研究生的教学中,存在着教学和科研相互脱节的问题。文中结合教学、科研工作实践,分析了经管类研究生专业课教学中存在的问题,详细剖析了"教而不研"、"研而不教"形成的原因,并探索了实现经管类研究生专业课教学与科研互动的途径。It is very important for the healthy development of postgraduates＇ education and fostering to accelerate the teaching and scientific research each other.However,in the teaching of postgraduates,especially those majoring in business management,there have been the problems of detaching from each other for a long time between teaching and scientific research.According to the practice of teaching and scientific research,this paper illustrates problems in the teaching of postgraduates majoring in business and management,and analyzes the reasons in detail that form the phenomenon,＂not investing in research while teaching＂ and ＂not investing in teaching while studying＂,and explores the approach which make teaching and scientific benefit each other.
