西部民族地区保险发展比较研究

摘　　要：近年来广西经济和保险业呈现高速增长的态势,但纵观全国,广西保险业发展水平不仅落后于全国平均水平,而且落后于同为西部少数民族自治区的内蒙、宁夏、新疆。本文搜集并分析比较了四个少数民族自治区社会、经济、自然条件及保险业发展的相关数据,得出广西保险业在保费收入、尤其在保险深度、密度等方面与其他三自治区存在一定差距,主要是由于经济社会发展相对落后,保险主体相对较少,兼业代理发展相对较慢及保险从业人员数量相对较少等因素的制约。建议:宏观上须从经济社会协调发展、微观上须从保险主体、从业人员、保险市场营销策略创新等方面入手改进,从而确保广西保险业健康快速发展。In recent years, the insurance industry of Guangxi develops in a rapid speed due to the fast economic development of Guangxi region. However, given the domestic insurance situation, the Guangxi insurance industry development level falls far behind not only the average level of the whole country, but also lags behind each of Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Xinjiang, which is the same ethnic minority autonomous regions in western China. In order to find some efficient strategies to promote the Guangxi insurance industry, the authors collect many relevant data of the four regions about the social condition, economic development, natural condition and the status of their insurance industry development. With careful analysis and comparison, it is concluded that there are disparities in Premium Revenue, depth of insurance combination and insurance density between Guangxi and any of the other region. And there are many factors which should take into account for the lag of the Guangxi insurance development, such as the backwardness of society and the economics, the lack of the insurance market subject , the gradual develop ment of the insurance market by - business subject and the lack of the person employed by the insurance company. The argument claims that the breakthrough promotion points of Guangxi insurance development are the coordination of the society and economics development, the innovation system of the insurance market and the propaganda of the insurance knowledge.
