摘　　要：创新设计的超声波真空清洗机,通过超声波振荡加真空吸附方式可以迅速彻底去除残留在工件表面、沟槽、螺纹、盲孔及狭小缝隙等处的污垢,提高工件表面清洁度,确保后续处理对工件表面的质量要求。Through the mode such as ultrasonic vibration and vacuum absorption,the residue dirt on the surface,groove,thread,blind holse,narrow gap etc can be rapidly and thoroughly removed by the newly designed ultrasonic vacuum cleaner,to improve the surface cleanliness and to insure follow-up treatment on surface quality requirements of the parts.
